Trek Bir To Billing and then fly is the best itinerary:
Day 1, After reaching Bir, you can stay at a cozy homestay for the night. Early in the morning, freshen up and order breakfast. During the trek, you can even fit in bungee jumping if you have time, but be sure to discuss it with your guide first.
The Bir Billing trek takes around 5 hours, passing through local villages, beautiful scenery, and streams of water. As you reach Billing, experience the stunning orange-hued sunset from that height.

You can reach Bir Billing via train, bus, or car.
If you want to travel by train, you need to book a seat from Delhi to Pathankot. It takes about 15 hours from there. You can ride on a toy train, which will take you to Baijnath.
You can take a bus or a car to Bir Billing.
Delhi-Chandigarh-Amb-Kangra-Palampur-Baijnath-Bir Road-Bir70km, Billing.
Mcleodganj to Bir: 70km, takes 2 hours from Dharamshala.
Mcleodganj – Dharamshala – Palampur – Baijnath – Bir Billing.
Manali to Bir is 160 km from Bir, and it takes 5 hours to reach Bir from Manali. And the best route from Manali to Bir is Manali – Kullu – Mandi – Joginder Nagar – Chauntra – Bir Road – Bir Billing.
