Refund Policy for Paragliding and Other Services:
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer:
If you wish to cancel your booking for paragliding or any other service provided by Paramountains, the following refund policy will apply:

1.1.1 Cancellation made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled activity:
In case you decide to cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity, we will refund the full amount paid for the service, excluding any transport charges. However, a cancellation fee of Rs. 100 will be applicable.

1.1.2 Cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity:
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled activity, no refund will be provided of you advance payment. However, we will only charge transport charges and a cancellation fee of Rs. 100.

1.2 Cancellation by Paramountains:
In the rare event that Paramountains needs to cancel your booking for paragliding or any other service, due to unforeseen circumstances or unfavorable weather conditions, we will offer you the option to reschedule the activity or provide a full refund, please note that we are unable to refund the transport charges, as these charges are separate and incurred by the customer.

Refund Policy for Bungee Jumping:
2.1 Cancellation by the Customer:
Please note that for Bungee Jumping, there is a strict no refund policy. Once the booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation, regardless of the circumstances.

Process for Requesting Refunds or Cancellations:

Please provide your booking details, including the date and time of the scheduled activity, your name, and any other relevant information. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you accordingly.

Please note that refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.
